A pilot project of the room for the development and recreation of civil servants was launched.

A room for development and recreation of the department’s staff “Jangyroom” is now open in the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The initiators of the pilot project were undergraduates of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan.

According to authors of the idea, the idea of the project was born in the learning process at the Academy. In the «Jangyroom» there will be held Brainstorming of the department’s leadership with staff to improve work efficiency, discussions of progressive and creative ideas for improving various mechanisms of the ministry’s work.  

It is also planned to hold workshops and trainings to increase professional knowledge of employees with the support of the Academy of Public Administration.

So, on the day of the cabinet presentation, the first to conduct the project management was Altair Akhmetov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Information Technologies,. He noted that the opening of such spaces in government departments will help bring the Academy closer, namely, it will help civil servants, without looking up from the work process, to continuously develop and improve their professional skills.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan is distinguished by taking up modern and progressive approaches in cooperation with employees and creating great workand leisure conditions.
