In the period from 10th to 13th October, 2017 in Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is held a seminar on a topic “Behavioral psychology and anti-corruption culture”.
The seminar purpose is to develop personal competence and basic effective behavior of Civil Servants, instilling zero tolerance for any manifestations of corruption through the competence of “integrity”.
The following issues will be highlighted at the seminar: psychological aspects of effective and ineffective behavior of Civil Servants, peculiarities of development of behavior individual level, development of group behavior, consideration of political, economic and social problems in the context of combating corruption, the formation of anti-corruption culture and integrity and etc.
During the seminar, participants will undergo psychometric testing, based on the results of testing, civil servants will be able to analyze personal behavior.
The seminar will be held in an interactive format, various methods and forms of training will be used, including interactive discussions, teamwork, training, solving situational tasks and cases, brainstorming and much more.
Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Professor of the National School of State Policy Abdykalikova M., Candidate of Sociology, Associate Professor of the National School of Public Policy Davletbaeva Zh. will address the audience.
After the seminar, the students will be awarded certificates.
