Today, Rector of the Academy Yerlan Abil spoke at the Central Communications Service on the topic «Obout start of accepting documents for admission to the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
During the briefing, Yerlan Abil told about the rules, admission requirements and the benefits of studying at the Academy in 2022.
We remind that the acceptance of documents for admission to the Academy began on 1th of March and will continue until 23rd of July, 2022. The documents are accepted online through the information system of the Academy www.admission.apa.kz. Teaching of civil servants at the Academy is planned for 10 master’s and 3 doctoral programs. The volume of the state order for the teaching of specialists this year is 132 places, including 120 places for the master’s program and 12 places for the doctoral program.
Benefits of studying at the Academy:

- trilingual education: Kazakh, Russian, English, including enhanced language training with the possibility of subsequent certification: Professional English for International Relations, French for a diplomat (MIR);

The main requirements for candidates – a referral from a state body is required, in the absence of which a civil servant can submit a referral to the Academy based on the results of preliminary admission. One of the international certificates confirming the level of English proficiency (IELTS or TOEFL or IELTS INDISATOR, APTIS **, TOEIC, PIPPLET) for the master’s program – IELTS not lower than 4.0 (B1), for the EMBA program – not lower than 5.5 IELTS, doctoral degree – not below IELTS 5.5 (B2), as well as one of the certificates confirming the level of knowledge of the state language, QazResmiTest or Kaztest (not lower than B1).
For admission to the master studies, the main requirement for civil servants is the presence of at least 2 years of experience, for doctoral studies at least 3 years. For individual master’s programs – categories and seniority in a managerial position.
The Academy provides preparatory courses for admission, which will be held from the beginning of April to the end of June.
