About modular training

Modular training is a method that divides the learning content into small parts, called modules, in both offline and online formats. This approach allows students to study individual segments of material at their own pace and according to their own schedules, while combining the process with their main work.

Modular training at the Academy has been implemented within the framework of master’s programs since 2020. Since 2022, an additional winter enrollment has been offered for educational programs in this format.

Modular programs are intended for civil servants, representatives of subordinate organizations of state bodies financed by the state budget, subjects of the quasi-public sector, and deputies of maslikhats.

Advantages of modular training:

  • Efficiency: The modules are organized in a way that allows for an optimal learning pace, ensuring the effective assimilation of educational content.
  • Individual Approach: Flexible support from teachers and coordinators is provided throughout the training.
  • Balanced Workload: The modules are evenly distributed, which facilitates the assimilation of the material.
  • Practical Application: The acquired knowledge and skills can be applied in practice immediately after completing each module.
