At this brainstorming, the following projects were of particular interest:” professional GOV 4.0″,” School of civil servant of the future”,” HR forum for civil servants”,” civil Service + civil sector = effective management”,”Audiobooks”. THE project “professional GOV 4.0” is aimed at creating an interactive web portal “PROFESSIONAL GOV 4.0”, which consists of 5 modules: a Platform for online training, a platform for online mentoring, a platform for online broadcasting, digital educational resources, support resources (RLA, presentation templates, forms and sample documents and other resources);

“School of civil servant of the future” is aimed at professional support of career development of civil servants from the moment of training in retraining courses to appointment to a senior position;

“HR forum for civil servants” plans to create a free platform for employees of personnel services of Central and local Executive bodies, by holding an annual HR forum for civil servants with a duration of 1 day.

The main purpose of the idea “Civil service + civil sector = effective management” is to expand cooperation and create an environment for the involvement of the civil sector, business to management decision-making.

 “Audiobook” is a new process approach to improve its activities. In the age of digitalization and fast pace of life, we feel a great lack of time to read books or useful information. Thanks to this project, citizens and civil servants will always be able to replenish their knowledge, combining their daily business and listening to audiobooks.

Also on brainstorming was given the opportunity to everyone within one minute to prepare and present their idea.
