Strengthening of international cooperation

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan develops its partnership throughout the world by intensifying it with new agreements on international cooperation.
On the sidelines of Global Summit WGS-2019 in Dubai there were achieved arrangements on widening cooperation with Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) and Emirates Diplomatic Academy.
During the meeting, Executive President of MBRSG Dr. Ali Sebaa Al Marri pointed out high efficiency of bilateral cooperation and herewith confirmed his intention to contribute to internship organization and academic mobility.
Along with that, Dr. Ali Sebaa Al Marri expressed his willingness to enlarge activity with our Academy. As Academy Rector Fatima Zhakypova said, in the nearest future it will be launched a training program for Kazakhstan civil servants in Dubai. The program will focus Dubai learning experience, happiness index, digitization, digital intelligence and then its further translation and introduction in public bodies’ activity in Kazakhstan. As result of training, it is expected to transform public bodies’ activities of the country and smart technologies implementation in the work of civil servants. Under the program, training lectures will be organized in Dubai public bodies. Preliminarily there are plans to train 20-25 civil servants from Kazakhstan during a week.
As a result of the meeting with Director General of the Emirates Diplomatic Academy Mr. Bernardino León Gross both parties mutually agreed on internship opportunity for Academy’s Master students to EDA. Discussed opportunities of designing joint advanced professional training programs for Kazakhstani diplomats by UAE successful experience. In its turn, EDA is willing to send its Master students to Kazakhstan.
One of the most significant priorities of the Academy is to create a pull of civil servants trained in accordance with world education standards in the sphere of public administration, and full of new ideas and approaches in civil service.
