From September 1 to October 5, 2017, a training seminar on training of 150 electoral training coaches for the regions of the Republic started at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The electoral training purpose is to increase the professional training of cadres and other participants in the electoral process, increase the level of legal culture of voters and electoral activity of citizens of Kazakhstan.
The project of training 150 electoral training coaches is the first step in the systemic organization of training of election commissions members. The training seminar is focused on the professional training of the coaching corps for their further training of election commission’s cadres of all levels and other organizers of the election process.
The seminar is organized in two stages in an internally-distance form using modern interactive methods of teaching and assessment of knowledge. The distance stage will be held during September and is devoted to the study of the legislative foundations of the current electoral system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The full-time seminar will be held from 3 to 5 October this year at the Academy. Lectures-conversations, practical exercises will be conducted within the framework of training by CEC members. Certificates will be issued to participants following the results of the seminar.
