TRAINING FORMAT
- DURATION OF THE TRAINING – 1 year of full-time study
- FORM AND LANGUAGE OF THE TRAINING: full-time education, classes are conducted in three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.

- WHAT WILL THE TRAINING ON THIS PROGRAM GIVE
- competence-based approach in teaching, practice and result-oriented learning through solving specific situations using interactive teaching methods;
- an interdisciplinary approach that provides an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills in related fields;
- the possibility of practice and internships in government agencies of Kazakhstan and abroad;
- implementation of a master’s project focused on solving urgent problems of regional economic development;
- trilingual education: Kazakh, Russian, English;
- individual learning trajectory based on the results of competence assessment, through the Assessment Center;;
- involvement of leading lecturers-practitioners; “Visiting Professors” and high-level experts;
- development of professional and expert networking, interaction with civil servants from various ministries and departments, peer learning.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for applicants
to study under the Master’s degree program «Master of Human Resources Management» with one year of full-time study:
-persons who at the time of submitting documents, are civil servants with at least two years of public service experience are allowed to the state educational order;
-at the expense of individuals and legal entities or other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- The reference letter of the state body (for civil servants entering training within the framework of the state educational order. Are not provided by persons applying for tuition on a paid basis)
- A copy of the identity document;
- copy of the identity document;
- a copy of the document on higher education with transcript;
- QAZAQ RESMI TEST certificate (https://www.qrt.kz) or KAZTEST (http://kazakhtest.kz), confirming the level of proficiency in the state language not lower than B1, with the exception of foreign citizens;
- for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan — a track record certified by the personnel service at the place of work; for other applicants – a document confirming employment;
- an electronic application signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), foreign citizens print out the application generated in the Academy’s information system, sign it and upload a signed scanned version of the application.
- Educational documents issued by foreign educational organizations are recognized in accordance with the procedure established by law.
- Documents in a foreign language are provided with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.
- The order of the competition
- The competitive selection for the Master’s degree programs with a one-year of full-time study consists of two stages::
Stage 1: case solution.
Stage 2: interviews in the state, Russian and English languages
- The decision on enrollment in the Academy is made on the basis of the final assessment of the applicant who has successfully passed all stages of the competitive selection.
- The final score is a set of points obtained by summing up the evaluation of the results of the competitive selection, taking into account their specific weight
