FUNDING FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS FROM ASTANA CIVIL SERVICE HUB

Foreign civil servants have an opportunity to study at the Academy of Public Administration within grants from Astana Public Service Hub. Academy serves as a platform for an advanced educational program in public administration for civil servants of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries.

Annually, civil servants from the Hub member countries (full list of countries – https://www.astanacivilservicehub.org/en/country) have an opportunity to get a grant to study at the Academy within the Memorandum of Understanding (2015), signed between the Academy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan and Astana Civil Service Hub.

Nowadays, from 2015 to 2020, within this program 10 civil servants from Mongolia – 4, Tajikistan – 2, Kazakhstan – 2, Ukraine – 1 and Turkey – 1 were given master’s degree

For the next academic year, Astana civil service hub jointly with the UN Development Program, provides 11 educational grants for civil servants of the hub member countries to study at the Academy for the following master’s programs:

*Public policy (2 years) – 5 grants;

*International Relations (1 year) – 6 grants.

  3. Pass the competition stages consisted of essay and interview till July 31, 2020.
