The Academy continues to select ideas for further implementation of specific projects in order to improve the system of public administration.
On the third Friday brainstorming “Memlekettik qyzmet: quick wins” the following projects were of particular interest: designing of image videos to explain the rules of conduct in the civil service (gifts, greetings, communication with colleagues, with the public, etc.), as well as the creation of community facilities centers (CSCU) for individuals and legal entities by analogy with public service centers etc.
A feature of our brainstorming was a live broadcast on the YouTube channel, where there is an opportunity to watch the broadcast already in the recording (via the link https://youtu.be/2foanSQ-9MM).
It is worth noting that such meetings with the participation of the Agency Chairman Alik Shpekbayev, the Academy Rector Fatima Zhakypova, employees of the Agency and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, the Academy and various departments will be held on an ongoing basis.
According to the results of brainstorming, real projects will be implemented to achieve concrete results in the system of public administration.
