Upgrading qualification seminar on the topic “Project Management” for Civil Servants involved in project management of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan began at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The seminar purpose is development of practical skills and competencies of civil servants in the field of project management.
The seminar program is specially developed for managers and for beginning specialists working with projects.
Theoretical and practical aspects of the use of the project approach in public administration, the composition and structure of processes, process groups, knowledge areas, as well as the overall methodology of project management will be considered at the seminar.
As a result of the seminar, it is expected that the seminar participants will form and systematize a comprehensive understanding of the principles, methodology and modern approaches to effective project management, master the basic tools and models of project management, acquire project management skills in resource-limited settings.
Doctor of Economical sciences, Professor of the Institute of Management, bussines-coach, Certified Project Management consultant of PRINCE2® foundation, IPMALevelC, РМР® Daukharin Zh. will address the audience as an expert.
The seminar will last from 18 to 29 September this year.
