Academy Distance Education is a modern, e-learning, which offers a unique approach to education, involving focused and supervised learning in the mode of independent work of students with the use of information and electronic technologies. Courses are delivered entirely online and do not require the physical presence of the learner.
Anyone interested in receiving quality and structured information can take an online training course and gain new knowledge and skills.
Online training of civil servants is conducted within the framework of professional development seminars by concluding a public procurement contract. For more information regarding the conclusion of a public procurement contract, you should contact the Public Procurement Department of the Academy.
Yes, individuals can take online training. For this purpose it is necessary to choose a topic and period of training, send an application form, pay for training and conclude a corresponding agreement with the Academy.

Online courses are developed in the state and Russian languages.
All educational and methodological material is placed on the Academy’s educational portal. Access is open round the clock. The listener simply logs in to the portal under his/her account and can study at a convenient time. We send the login and password from the account to the mail. All you need to access the training materials is an internet connection and a computer.
