By reviewing the previous rounds of successful cooperation, HE Zulkifli Baharudin – Ambassador of Singapore in Kazakhstan and the rector of the Academy – Fatima Zhakypova
agreed to pave the way for perspective mutual collaboration. The direction of the Academy to create a professional and innovative civil state apparatus is consonant with the globally recognized performance of Civil Service College Singapore. In this regard, both sides are keen to further strengthening partnership by sharing mutual experience in public administration and civil service system architecture. Certainly, successful experience and practice of Singapore in these topical questions will contribute to the enhancing role of the Academy as “a think tank”.
