Meeting with the Korean Institute of Public Administration

A meeting was convened at the Academy of Public Administration between Dr. Sang Han Choi, President of the Korean Institute of Public Administration (KIPA), and Yerlan Abil, Rector of the Academy of Public Administration.

During the meeting, Rector Yerlan Abil provided an overview of the Academy’s core activities and training programs to the representatives from KIPA.

Dr. Sang Han Choi underscored that the Korean Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) serves as a main research institute specializing in public administration and acts as the primary analytical center for the government. The institute is committed to enhancing governmental capabilities and developing comprehensive solutions to address changes in the administrative environment, executing projects commissioned by various government departments.

Both parties highlighted the importance of collaborative research initiatives and publications aimed at enhancing the efficacy of public administration, alongside the implementation of online educational courses. They expressed mutual interest in exchanging expertise to improve the qualifications of civil servants and fostering further cooperation in training initiatives.
