Retraining course for the Civil Servants first time admitted to the leading administrative Civil Service has begun at the Academy

Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducts a retraining course for civil servants appointed for the first time to the senior administrative public positions of Corps B.

The purpose of the course is to develop competences for effective management functions and tasks at the leading positions of corps “B”.

Issues of the state planning system, development and executive decision-making, interaction of state bodies with the public, NGOs and the media, etc. will be considered within the framework of the course program.

Also practical classes, trainings on various topics like time management, stress management, managerial ethics, conflict management, personnel management, project and program management will be held during training.

Particular emphasis is placed on increasing the individual effectiveness and development of managerial competencies of civil servants.

The lecturers will be: Nygymetov G. – Director of Institute for Eurasian Integration; Zholdybalina A. – Chief research worker of Kazakhstan Institute of Strategic Researches under the President of the Republic of the Kazakhstan, Burbayev T. – Professor, Head of the Chair “Social and humanitarian disciplines” at the Academy of Justice under the supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Amanbek T. – The Head of the Communicative Development Center “NIKA”, leading trainer-licensee of the Moscow University of rhetoric and oratorical skill; representatives of Central state body, and the Faculty of Academy and etc.
