On March 6, in the Academy of public administration under the President of Kazakhstan the guest lecture of the Assistant Secretary-General for political affairs of the UN, Miroslav Jenca and Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Central Asia, the Head of the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA), Petko Draganov, was held.
The UN representatives have delivered a guest lecture for students of different faculties of the Academy, on the topic of conflict regulations in Syria and a crucial role of Kazakhstan in this political process.
The guests emphasized that Kazakhstan had got support of member countries of the UN. Peacekeeping intentions of Kazakhstan have already been estimated at time of carrying out the Astana process.
According to Miroslav Jenca, the subject of regulation of the Syrian conflict often sounds from a tribune of the UN. Due to negotiations in Astana the Syrian conflict had found a solution.
