On March 14 2018, First Deputy General Director of the National Accreditation Center, Serik Kurmangaliyev presented to the rector of the Academy Fatima Zhakypova the accreditation certificate of the ‘The Center for Development of Project Management in Public Administration’ as a Personnel conformity assessment body.
It is common practice to assess and confirm the competence of staff currently in developed countries. The purpose of certification is to establish the level of training, professional knowledge, skills and experience of a specialist to confirm its compliance with the established requirements and determine its ability to properly implement specific actions in a particular area of activity.
The certification of personnel is beneficial to the state, employer, and employees of all levels because a person should be aware of his potential, continuously update his own competencies and receive official confirmation of their availability as their main property, ensuring professional success and continuous increase in the level of their own life support.
The Center for Development of Project Management in Public Administration certifies personnel in the field of project management in accordance with the charter of the establishment.
As Serik Kurmangaliyev noted in his speech, the Center was the first in the country to receive such a certificate.
In this respect, it must be noted that according to the results of personnel certification, the Center issues a national certificate of a set form, including it in the register of certified specialists.
