5. In order to assess the interaction between the state and NGOs, it is proposed to
amend the Methodology for the operational assessment of the interaction of a state body with
individuals and legal entities to include criteria for the total number of types of state support
implemented by a state body and NGOs, as well as the contribution of Public Councils in
state bodies when making state decisions in the assessed year.
This decision will help determine the level of interaction between state bodies and
NGOs, as well as their assessment of activities.
Practical and theoretical significance of the dissertation.
The theoretical significance of the work is that the dissertation considers theories,
concepts that are important for filling gaps and development, and strengthening the
relationship between the state and NGOs. Research materials can be used in the preparation
of theses and reports for participation in scientific and practical conferences, when writing
scientific articles, as well as monographs on the problems of dissertation research.
The scientific provisions, conclusions and proposals for the implementation of the
developed recommendations contained in the study can be used to improve the methodology
for training civil servants whose competence includes interaction with NGOs, as well as in
the process of training the implementation of socially significant projects of representatives
of NGOs themselves and civil activists in general.
The practical significance of this study lies in the possibility of applying its results,
specific recommendations and proposals in practice in the process of interaction between
government bodies and NGOs. Such application will significantly improve the level of
interaction in the state and non-governmental sectors, contributing to the development of
Kazakhstan.
Approbation of practical results of dissertation research.
Published 6 scientific articles on the topic of research. Two of them are published in
the indexed journal in the Web of Science (Scopus) database, 4 are published in journals
included in the list of publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in
Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the
Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, the results of the dissertation study on the digitalization
of the reporting activities of NGOs in the NGO database were tested based on the results of
practice in the Civil Society Committee of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
