scientific and practical conference. The study was discussed within the framework of a
scientific and methodological seminar on topical issues of economics, finance and
public administration, held on the basis of the Institute of Management of the Academy
of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, some recommendations on the use of scientific instruments during
customs control, obtained as a result of this study, were reviewed by the State Revenue
Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and adopted for
further testing in the course of work on automation of customs operations.
