supervisor of the Master student and must not be a full-time faculty/staff member of the
            Academy. Reviewers are concluded contracts for reimbursable services not later than the
            date of appointment by the order of the Rector of the Academy.
                  5.5.2.  Reviewing  is  carried  out  "blind".  The  work  is  sent  to  the  reviewer  without
            specifying the data on the author of the work.
                  5.5.3. Not later than five days before the defense, the reviewer submits a review of the
            master’s  project  (research)  (Appendix  5).  Based  on  the  analysis  of  the  work  gives  a
            comprehensive  characterization  of  the  master’s  project  (research)  and  a  reasoned
            conclusion on the possibility (impossibility) of awarding the master’s degree of "Master" in
            the relevant program. The reviewer's signature should be certified at the place of his/her
            work and sealed.
                  5.5.4. Master's project (research) can be submitted for defense and with a negative
            review. In this case, it is necessary to have a reviewer present at the defense.
                  5.5.5. Admission to the FA is carried out by the Rector's order based on the submission
            and extract from the decision of the meeting of the directors of the Institutes/NSPP.

                  6. The procedure for defending a master's project (research)

                  6.1      The defense shall be held publicly at an open meeting of the FAC. The duration
            of the FAC meetings does not exceed 6 hours per day.  The time of the master’s project
            (research) defense is determined by the schedule and brought to the attention of students
            at least three working days before the defense of master’s projects (research).
                  6.2      The Institute/NSHP shall submit a list containing the following information to
            the IAC:

                  - surname and first name of the master's student;

                  -  topic of the project (research);
                  - surname, degree and academic title of the scientific supervisor.

                  - surname, degree and academic title, position of the reviewer.

                  6.3 The FAC meeting is opened by the Director/Deputy Director of the Institute/NSPP,
            who introduces the members of the committee and gives the floor to the Chairman of the
            FAC. The Master's student makes a report-presentation, which should reflect the purpose
            and objectives of the work; its relevance and practical value; the main idea and the most
            important conclusions with a brief justification. The duration of the defense of one master's
            project (research) does not exceed 30 (thirty) minutes per student. The student makes a
            report of no more than 10 (ten) minutes. Upon completion of the report, the graduate student
            answers questions from the members of the FAC on the content of the presentation of the
            master's project (research) (duration depending on the number and content of questions /
            answers) - 7 minutes. The review of the supervisor is heard. In case of his/her absence the
            review is read out by the FAC secretary.  The review is read out.  In the absence of the
            reviewer, the content of the review is read out by the Secretary of the FAC. Master's student
            briefly answers the main questions or comments on the master’s project (research). All those
            present  at  the  defense  have  the  right  to  participate  in  the  subsequent  discussion.  The
            Master's student is given the final word.

                      6.4  According  to  the  results  of  the  master’s  project  (research)  defense,  each
            member of the IAC reflects an independent assessment in the electronic system from his/her
