17.2.8. When transferring a student on a paid basis to study at the Academy, the Vice-
Rector for Academic Affairs considers the application within 3 (three) working days and
submits it for consideration by the AQC, and to the AC of the Academy.
17.2.9. The EPC checks the submitted documents.
17.2.10. The Center determines the academic difference in learning outcomes in the
disciplines/modules of the EP studied by them during previous academic periods.
The academic difference in the results of training in the disciplines / modules of the EP
is determined by the Academy based on the list and volumes of the studied disciplines /
modules reflected in the certificate issued in the form of the Institution.
17.2.11. With a positive decision of the AQC and the AC Academy, the EPC sends a
request to the Institution, where he previously studied, to receive the student's personal file.
17.2.12. After receiving the student's personal file from the Institution, where he
previously studied, the EPC within 5 (five) working days concludes a contract for the
organization of training in educational programs of postgraduate education, then issues an
order to enroll the student in the number of students of the Academy.
17.2.13. The EPC registers all personal data of the student into the LMS within 3
working days.
17.2.14. In order to eliminate the academic difference in the results of training in the
disciplines / modules of the EP, the student signs up for training in these disciplines /
modules and attends all types of training sessions on a paid basis during the academic
period, passes all types of current control, receives admission to the final control.
If the disciplines/modules of academic difference are not included in the schedule of
academic classes of the current academic period, the student is trained in these disciplines
/ modules individually in agreement with the EPC and with the supervising vice-rector.
The academic difference in learning outcomes in disciplines/modules of work curricula
that has not been eliminated during the current academic period is further considered as
academic debt.
17.2.15. The cost of tuition is calculated according to the approved cost of 1 credit for
the corresponding academic year.
17.3. Change of surname
17.3.1. The student applies for a change of surname in the name of the rector with a
copy of a new identity card and a document that is the basis for changing the surname
(marriage certificate and other);
17.3.2. In agreement with the director of the Institute/NSPP and the supervising vice-
rector, the EPC prepares an Order to change the name of the student.
