  Academy staff and students are personally responsible for non-compliance with
               research ethics;
                           The project team leader is responsible for non-compliance of research ethics

               rules by research team members.
                      19. In the publication of research papers prepared within the walls of the Academy,
               an appropriate reference to the Academy should be made.

                                         8. Responsibility for non-Academic Integrity

                     20. Issues on violation of academic integrity can be raised by any member of the team
                        - a student, teacher, employee, for whom the principles of justice and the values of
                        quality education and research are the main priority in the activity.
                     21. Any question raised on the violation of academic integrity should be considered by
                        the  Institutes  /  NSPP,  that  are  obliged  to  take  all  necessary  measures  to
                        comprehensively study the issue and fair assessment of violations of academic
                        integrity.
                     22. Students and employees should be familiarized with this Code upon admission to
                        training or work.

                     23. Ignorance of the Code does not exempt from liability for non-compliance.
                     24. In  relation  to  students  of  the  Academy  who  violate  the  norms  of  this  Code,
                        measures  are  applied  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  this  Code  and  the
                        personal education contract.
                     25. Institutes / NSPP and the Academy leadership create favorable conditions for the
                        student  and  employee  to  prevent  violations  of  academic  integrity  through
                        consultations,  implementation  of  the  principles  of  academic  honesty  in  all
                        educational programs and syllabuses.

                                 9. The procedure for the application of disciplinary penalties

                      26.  Violation  of  the  requirements  of  the  Code  of  Ethics  and  Academic  Integrity,
               including violation of the requirements of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic

               of  Kazakhstan,  is  the  basis  for  disciplinary  action  against  a  Student  who  committed  a
               violation. When choosing a disciplinary measure, the severity of the disciplinary offense, the
               reasons and circumstances under which it was committed, the Student's previous behavior,
               his psychophysical and emotional state, as well as the opinion of the CMD are considered.
                      27. Disciplinary punishment in the form of an "oral warning" is announced orally by
               the Director of the Institute/NSPP, "reprimand", "public censure of the offense committed",
               "expulsion from the Academy" is imposed by issuing an appropriate order from the Rector
               of the Academy on the basis of the recommendation of the CAQ with the participation of
               representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
