2. Prospects for livestock development in the context of trends such as
increasing demand for food products, technological advancements, climate change,
growing interest in organic and sustainable livestock farming, international trade,
investment growth, and development of new markets.
3. Reserves including intensification of production, improvement of livestock
efficiency in Kazakhstan, better management of animal herds, development of
breeding practices and infrastructure, staff training, and scientific research.
4. A mechanism for increasing economic efficiency in regional livestock
development, involving the consolidation of resources into a unified interaction
mechanism, the application of a systematic set of analysis methods, and the
development of a concept for effective livestock development.
5. A strategy for improving economic efficiency in regional livestock
development and a model for effective interaction among livestock enterprises,
investors, scientific-production complexes, and the state.
The novelty and importance of the results obtained:
1. Based on theoretical studies of livestock development, types of efficiency
have been categorized, and a system of animal productivity indicators has been
developed according to criteria resulting from the determination of stages in the
ranking assessment of livestock development efficiency.
2. By studying global experience in effective livestock development, trends
and prospects of the global livestock market have been identified.
3. Using SWOT analysis of livestock development in the Republic of
Kazakhstan, reserves for enhancing livestock development efficiency have been
identified.
4. Through the development of an algorithm for forming a concept of
economic efficiency in livestock, a mechanism for improving economic efficiency in
regional livestock development has been created.
5. Based on identifying key areas for improving economic efficiency in
livestock development in Kazakhstan, a strategy for enhancing regional livestock
development efficiency has been developed, along with a model for effective
interaction among livestock market entities based on development forecasting.
Compliance with the directions of scientific development or government
programs.
The scientific research corresponds to the Concept of Rural Development of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2027 (Resolution of the Government of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2023 No. 270), the Concept of development
of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2030
(Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30,
2021 No. 960).
Theoretical and practical significance of the research
The positions outlined in the dissertation have been developed into specific
practical recommendations and advice for creating a mechanism to enhance
efficiency in livestock farming. These recommendations will allow for an objective
