implemented in Turkistan revealed features of public perception, the level of citizen
                  participation, and the relevance of demand for digital infrastructure.
                        Overall, this dissertation not only provides a deep theoretical foundation for the
                  Smart City concept but also proposes ways of its effective implementation in the
                  conditions  of  Kazakhstan  by  combining  institutional,  financial,  and  social
                  mechanisms. The research results represent a comprehensive scientific and practical
                  tool  aimed  at  modernizing  regional  development  strategies,  improving  state
                  regulation, and achieving sustainable urbanization.
                        Expected  Results.  The  results  of  the  study  will  be  applied  in  the  areas  of
                  digitalization, provision of public services, and archive management in Turkistan, as
                  well as in higher education institutions for teaching relevant academic disciplines.
                        Approbation of the dissertation results. The main conclusions of the research
                  were published in 6 scientific articles, including 1 article indexed in the Thomson
                  Reuters and Scopus databases and 5 articles in economic publications recommended
                  by  the  Committee  for  Control  in  Education  and  Science  of  the  Republic  of
                  Kazakhstan.
