3. Ethical standards of behavior of students/trainees of the Academy
The students/trainees of the Academy are guided in their activities by this Code of
Ethics and the following basic moral and ethical principles of behavior:
• observe generally accepted norms of morality and respect universal values;
• comply with the standards of academic integrity;
• contribute to strengthening the reputation of the Academy and refrain from behavior that
may harm it;
• respect the rights, honor and dignity of others;
• Do not allow unfair treatment and all forms of discrimination, insults and harassment;
• show politeness in communication and smile;
• control their behavior, feelings and emotions, not allowing personal likes or dislikes to
influence decision-making;
• observe subordination in relations with the staff of the Academy;
• students/trainees of the Academy in their relationships with each other, with teaching staff
and staff of the Academy must be tactful, correct, polite, comply with the fundamental rules
of business communication, be responsible, honest, disciplined and obligatory;
• students/trainees of the Academy are obliged to refrain from making critical remarks about
teaching staff, officials and each other in the presence of other teaching staff, officials,
employees and students;
• If the student/listener believes that the teaching staff or other official has made a mistake,
he should tactfully discuss this issue with him in private. If, as a result of the discussion, the
parties do not come to a common opinion, the student/listener has the right to contact a
higher supervisor to resolve the issue;
• if the student/trainee notices a precedent from a friend, he should tactfully discuss this
issue with him in private. If, as a result of the discussion, the parties do not come to a
common opinion, the students / listeners have the right to discuss the situation with the
Coordinator of the EP or a representative of their Institute/NSPP;
• everyone is treated equally correctly, regardless of official or social status;
