The course focuses on studying anti-crisis communication strategies, assessing reputational
risks, and learning the fundamentals of communication in emergency situations. Types of crises
and tools for overcoming them will be discussed, as well as models for responding to crisis
situations, principles for working with stakeholders in a crisis situation, factors influencing the
level of threats, crisis situations, and societal reaction assessment (practical cases).
Expected learning outcomes:
They can use algorithms to respond to various crisis situations, create a comprehensive plan
of anti-crisis measures and evaluate their effectiveness using various parameters, identify and
rank risks, effectively manage conflicts, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
5. Marketing and branding of territories

The course aims to study the conceptual foundations and tools of territory marketing, promotion
of a territorial product, support for creative industries, provision of marketing communications,
identification of competitive advantages of the territory; study and formation of territorial
branding
Expected learning outcomes:
They know the basics of the marketing approach to territory management; the types and
specifics of territorial marketing tools; the distinctive features of various subjects of territorial
marketing; the process of developing a territorial brand. They are able to define goals and vision
that correspond to the peculiarities of the external and internal environment of the territory;
identify the competitive advantages of the territory; identify and evaluate stakeholders of
territorial development projects. They possess specific knowledge in the field of designing
strategies for territorial development
6. Digital transformation of public administration

The course aims to study key digital technologies and technological solutions that are used by
government authorities to carry out public functions, implement digital initiatives to build smart
cities and provide public services in the interests of citizens and businesses

He is able to work with key government information systems, knows the features of the

particular, within the framework of the "Smart-city" concepts; knows the specifics of the use of
