1. Strategic planning and forecasting

Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing knowledge of the basic principles of the state planning
system, the architecture of documents of the state planning system; its processes
(development, implementation, monitoring, adjustment of documents); skills to decompose
indicators according to relevant strategic directions, industries and areas, as well as regionally;
analyze and evaluate target indicators and performance indicators of documents of the state
planning system; use a methodology for forecasting the main indicators of socio-economic
development of the country and regions.
Expected learning outcomes:
Know the basic principles and architecture of documents of the state planning system, the
processes of the state planning system from development to adjustment of documents; are
able to decompose indicators according to relevant strategic directions, industries and areas,
as well as regionally; analyze and evaluate target indicators and performance indicators of
strategic and program documents; use a methodology for forecasting the main indicators of
socio-economic development of the country and regions; as well as form and develop strategic
approaches to managing the country and regions.
2. Project management

Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing the competencies necessary for project management and
practical skills in the field of project management as a tool for increasing the efficiency of
government agencies and other organizations based on national and foreign standards in the
field of project management.
Expected learning outcomes:
They acquire skills in working with tools and methods of project management, developing
project documentation, are able to manage project stakeholders, deadlines, costs, resources,
content, procurement, quality, risks, communications within the project, and also understand
how to properly initiate and plan a project project efficiently activities and what to pay attention
to during further implementation and closure of projects.
3. Decision making based on data analysis

Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing skills in statistical and economic processing of large data
sets; visualization and analysis, search for hidden patterns and processing algorithms.
Knowledge of methods of data analysis and further interpretation of the results obtained,
methods of reducing data dimensions, new methods of data analysis based on Data Mining
technology. Modern application software packages for solving problems of experimental data
processing are analyzed.
