                   Knows the main elements of labor and employment legislation, is able to assess their impact
                   on the labor market; knows the main public services, elements of employment policy; is able to
                   analyze the impact of various employment policy measures on the labor market, assess the
                   impact of passive and active employment policy measures on the labor market, assess the
                   impact of minimum wages on the labor market

                   5. Digital transformation of public administration

                   The course is aimed at studying key digital technologies and technological solutions that are

                   platform, including Open Government, knows various digitalization projects, in particular, within
                   the framework of smart city concepts; knows the features of the use of state digital platforms,
                   artificial intelligence and big data in public administration
