issue and circulation of deposit and savings certificates and the procedure for their registration;
the procedure for registration of transactions for sale and repayment savings and deposit
certificates and payment of income on them; the procedure for issuing and circulation of the
bank's own promissory notes; the procedure for calculating and paying income on the bank's
own securities (dividends, interest, discount); the procedure for assessing the profitability and
liquidity of various types of securities; the procedure for determining the degree of investment
risk and the effectiveness of investments in securities; the procedure for executing trust

The course is aimed at mastering anti-corruption strategies, approaches and practices to
minimize corruption risks; developing analytical and conceptual skills to study the perception of
corruption in the international arena; developing skills to develop documentation on the
implementation of compliance policies in the activities of organizations
Expected learning outcomes:
Has the skills of analyzing corruption risks, implements and evaluates the current Concept of
the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, knows and is able to
apply compliance tools in the activities of organizations

The course is aimed at forming a set of knowledge and practical foundations of business data
analysis and the use of business analytics software to identify business problems using data
and solutions for growth; the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary
to gain insights about the role and place of business analysis in the company's activities; the
formation of knowledge information technologies (software) used in the organization, to the
extent necessary for the purposes of business analysis; formation of skills in the use of business
intelligence tools; - formation of skills in collecting and analyzing information for the formation
of management decisions, building economic, financial, organizational and managerial models
by adapting them to specific management tasks: the ability to assess the resources needed to
implement decisions as part of a group of experts
