modeling, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, induction, and deduction
were applied. System analysis was also used to determine and justify the
composition and structure of the system of evaluation criteria for managerial
personnel performance.
Scientific novelty of the research is as follows:
1. Based on the study of theoretical foundations of managerial personnel
evaluation, the peculiarities of forming a personnel management system in an
organization and the process of evaluating managerial personnel from the
perspective of its effectiveness have been identified.
2. Methods of evaluating managerial personnel have been identified and
systematized, and criteria for assessing the performance of managerial staff,
including indicators (production, financial, marketing, administrative), have been
determined, allowing for analysis and evaluation of managerial personnel in the
industrial sectors.
3. Based on the proposed structure for evaluating the performance of
managerial personnel in the light industry enterprises, an algorithm for
decomposing the evaluation of managerial personnel in the industry has been
developed.
4. A mechanism for improving the evaluation of managerial personnel
performance has been developed based on the assessment of factors determining
the results of managers' work.
5. Based on the evaluation of managerial personnel in the light industry
enterprises of the Turkestan region and the systematization of managerial
personnel potential, a systemological model for assessing managerial personnel
potential has been developed.
The following provisions are put forward for defense:
1. The management system from the perspective of evaluating the
effectiveness of managerial work and the process of evaluating managerial
personnel.
2. Criteria for assessing the performance of managerial staff in the industrial
sectors.
3. Decomposition of the evaluation of managerial personnel in the industry.
4. Mechanism for improving the evaluation of managerial personnel
performance.
5. Systemological model for assessing managerial personnel potential.
Practical significance of the research.
The provisions stated in the work have been brought to the level of specific
practical proposals and recommendations that can be used in the process of
personnel management of enterprises. This allows for objective evaluation of the
performance of managerial personnel in all departments, ensuring personnel
support of the enterprise, and shaping personnel policies.
The developed recommendations have been accepted for use in evaluating
the performance of managerial personnel in the light industry enterprises of the
