- determining the contribution of each manager and lower and middle-level
specialists to the overall functioning of the enterprise;
- making objective decisions in the process of personnel rotation of
managerial personnel;
- providing additional financial incentives (bonuses) for managerial
personnel of the enterprise based on their performance.
The practical recommendations proposed by the author of the research can
be used for developing the structure and content of courses on "Personnel
Management" and "Human Resource Management" for students in economic
specialties.
The personal contribution of the author consists of formulating and
substantiating scientific provisions, conclusions, and recommendations for solving
the scientific task of developing theoretical foundations for evaluating the
performance of managerial personnel.
The reliability of the research is confirmed by official data and the use of
statistical analysis methods. The results and conclusions of the research have been
presented in reports at international conferences and applied in industrial
enterprises of the region.
Approval of the research results.
The dissertation is the sole scientific work of the author. All results were
obtained directly by the author and have been reflected in published works. The
author used his own scientific ideas, including those presented in works co-
authored with others.
The results obtained during the dissertation research have been published in
8 scientific works: 1 article in the Scopus-indexed database, subject - economics
(percentile at the time of publication was 60); 5 articles in publications
recommended by the SHEQAC MSHE of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2 articles in
the proceedings of international scientific conferences.
In addition, the research results have been implemented in the company "Bal
Tekstil" LLP.
The structure and volume of the work. The dissertation consists of an
introduction, three sections, including 8 paragraphs, a conclusion, a list of
references consisting of 155 sources. The text of the dissertation is presented in
115 pages, including 19 figures and 13 tables.
