                   Short course description:
                   The  course  pays attention  to  the analysis  of the  goals and  objectives of  the parties to  the
                   conflict, their strategies, international agreements aimed at resolving this international situation,
                   the work of the international community and the states parties to the conflict to prevent the crisis
                   phase of the conflict. Studying the possibilities of preventing conflicts and the principles of their
                   resolution, forming a system of knowledge about the general dynamics of conflict aspects of
                   international political processes in the modern world.
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   They  are  able  to  analyze  modern  conflicts  and  understand  their  nature;  critically  evaluate
                   various theoretical schools involved in the analysis and resolution of conflicts; are able to apply
                   theoretical knowledge to the analysis of specific conflicts, analyze the structure and mechanism
                   of international conflict, identify the conflict potential of various aspects of modern international
                   relations, possibilities and methods for their resolution.

                   The course program substantiates the importance for a diplomat of knowledge of the basics of
                   psychology, cultural, digital diplomacy, practical skills of working in a foreign institution, as well
                   as the peculiarities of the formation of mentality and way of thinking in the host country.
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   Know  the  psychological  features  of  diplomatic  activity;  have  an  idea  of  the  influence  of
                   psychological factors on the process of making political decisions, and political processes in
                   general;  know  the  peculiarities  of  the  culture  of  the  host  country,  have  an  idea  of  the
                   peculiarities of carrying out diplomatic activities in crisis situations.

                   2. China in a changing world order

                   Short course description:
                   The purpose of this course is to gain knowledge about the role of China in the system of modern
                   international relations, study the civilizational specifics of  China and foreign policy priorities.
                   Study of the basic principles of the formation and development trends of Chinese foreign policy.
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   They know the main directions of Chinese foreign policy, have a comprehensive understanding
                   of  the  traditions  and  specifics  of  political  culture,  the  features  of  bilateral  and  multilateral
                   relations between China and the leading countries of the world

                   3. The Asia-Pacific region in the system of international relations
