The course is aimed at developing competencies in the field of implementation of public policy,
taking into account environmental, social and management aspects, professional skills in
environmental, social and corporate management of the processes of financing investment
activities, in the areas of strategic public administration, ensuring the effective operation of the
public administration system in accordance with global trends in sustainable development food
security and responsible management of priority ESG projects and programs

Able to apply ESG principles in solving specific environmental, social and governance
challenges and achieving sustainable development goals and ensuring food security.

Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing skills in analyzing the main directions of implementation of
social policy, primarily, the growth of real incomes of the population, including wage growth,
pension payments, social benefits, and the ability to assess the impact of these areas of social
policy on improving the well-being of the people in the republic.
Expected learning outcomes:
They are proficient in tools for analyzing the implementation of social programs and projects
aimed at solving social problems in the republic. They are able to assess the impact of wages,
pension payments, various social payments and social benefits on improving the well-being of
the people.
2. Legal foundations of public administration

Semester 4 (Spring semester)
Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing practical competencies in the field of mechanisms of legal
regulation of public administration, the legal status of Constitutional bodies.
Many legal mechanisms are used in modern public administration:
1) the mechanism of legal regulation of public administration;
2) the mechanism of parliamentary investigation;
3) the mechanism of control over the use of state property;
4) the mechanism of the "social contract";
5) the mechanism of formation and implementation of state policy;6) the mechanism of state
coercion (otherwise it generates non-compliance with regulatory legal acts);
7) the mechanism of allocation of state resources; the mechanism of state regulation of prices;
the mechanism of budget financing; the mechanism of regulation of socio-political conflicts, etc.
