Short course description:
The course is aimed at developing competencies in the use of analytical and computer tools
within digital management platforms; the use of modern methods and technologies for
collecting, processing and analyzing big data contained in various resources and information
databases;
assessment of the effectiveness of public administration and decision-making based on data
analysis; application of methods for the preparation of analytical materials in order to improve
the effectiveness and validity of management decisions
Expected learning outcomes:
They know the specifics of information and analytical work in public administration; they are
able to structure data, build data models (connection of various sources), process and analyze
data, create effective data visualizations to present the results of scientific research, as well as
for decision-making in public administration

The course is aimed at developing techniques for developing strategic thinking, such as
attentiveness, creativity, speed of thinking, flexibility of thinking, ability to predict, as well as
exploring the possibilities of influencing leaders inside and outside organizations, strengthening
the relationship between ethics, morality, motivation and leadership. The mechanisms for
improving the effectiveness of each employee's work in implementing changes and analyzing
their activities from the point of view of strategic thinking, as well as aspects of the influence of
leadership on political and economic processes within the organization, will be considered ;
modern approaches and requirements for analytics; methods of analysis in the information and
analytical work of government agencies; work with information
