The course is aimed at developing a systematic understanding of the principles of building the
                   process of managing integrated communications in organizations of various types; studying an
                   integrated approach to building an organization’s communications with external and internal
                   stakeholders; mastering practical tools for effective communication; development of practical
                   skills necessary to analyze and improve the communication policies of organizations of various
                   types
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   They know how to apply response algorithms in various crisis situations, establish
                   effective  interaction  within  the  team  to  achieve  a  common  goal,  build  the  reputation  of  a
                   government body, effectively manage conflicts, build work with key stakeholders

                   3. Anti-corruption policy and compliance

                   Short course description:
                   The  course  is  aimed  at  mastering  anti-corruption  strategies,  approaches  and  practices  to
                   minimize  corruption  risks;  development  of  analytical  and  conceptual  skills  in  researching
                   perceptions  of  corruption  in  the  international  arena;  developing  skills  in  developing
                   documentation for the implementation of compliance policies in the activities of organizations
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   They have the skills to analyze corruption risks, implement and evaluate the current Concept
                   of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026, know and are able
                   to apply compliance tools in the activities of organizations

                   1. Behavioral Economics

                   Short course description:
                   The course is aimed at studying universal methods for studying economic behavior, studying
                   methods of quantitative data analysis, collecting, processing data, building models, checking
                   analysis results for the reliability of the results, and making management decisions based on
                   the analysis.
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   Able  to  apply  tools  and  methods  of  quantitative  data  analysis,  collect  a  database,  build
                   analytical models and make management decisions in the field of economics based on the
                   analysis performed

                   2. State and business

                   Short course description:
                   The course is aimed at studying the relationships between government authorities, business
                   structures and civil society organizations as the main actors in the decision-making process in
                   the country; consideration of the functions and interests of the participants in the relationship;
                   mechanisms of interaction between these participants; advantages, disadvantages and ways
                   to improve interaction between the state and business
                   Expected learning outcomes:
                   Knows the basics and mechanisms of interaction between government and business; knows
                   how to apply tools and mechanisms of interaction between government and business
