The course focuses on examining the principles and mechanisms of state policy concerning
labor relations and social protection. It places significant emphasis on exploring the political,
ideological, social, legal, organizational, managerial, financial, and economic aspects of
domestic policy within these domains
Expected learning outcomes:
Acquire knowledge of the mechanisms for implementing policies in the field of labor and social
protection and demonstrate the ability to develop comprehensive solutions to problems within
these areas.

Short course description:
The module is aimed at developing competencies for prompt and effective response to
environmental challenges and emergencies of any nature and nature that threaten the stable
operation of the state apparatus and its reputation, as well as developing skills in analysis,
forecasting, conflict prevention and effective management.
Expected learning outcomes:
Graduate students will know the key aspects of managing organizations in crisis and
emergency situations, distinguish between types of natural disasters and their causes.
Students will know the methods of analysis, methods of forecasting and conflict prevention;
apply mediation technologies, as well as techniques for rapid response and effective
emergency management. They will be introduced to various methods of risk reduction using
information technology in disaster management.

Short course description:
The module considers a structured approach to management based on the organization of the
company's work in the form of functional units. Two types of guidance will be presented, both
project and functional. The difference between management models: project management is
the management of a specific project in an organization. It manages the budget, deadlines and
resources of the project, as well as achieves the goal of the project. The functional management
develops a strategy and plans a budget, as well as ensures high-quality performance of work
in this field.
Expected learning outcomes:
Graduate students will master new skills and competencies in project management and
functional units; differentiate the concepts of project and functional management; master the
features of both project management and the main types of functional management; study the
tools of project and functional management; improve management skills that contribute to
effective management.
